• Decrease your energy consumption, decrease your electric bill. A dryer duct system that is not exhausting optimally will force your dryer to work harder and for a longer period of time, costing you money on you electric bill. •  This is the most important. Eliminate a potential fire hazard. If your ducting system runs to the roof, often times the termination duct on the roof will become clogged. The reason for this is due to a screen being placed in the termination duct which quickly collects the lint and cuts off airflow completely. When this happens, the dryer can not exhaust the heat into the atmosphere and breathe properly. Another reason is due to the sharp 90 degree angle of these termination ducts causing lint to build up and eventually restricting airflow. With a yearly dryer duct service, you will eliminate this potential fire hazard and have peace of mind.
